Our company President, Tony Spinelli, joined Availability Personnel (now known as Executive Avail-A-Search) in the year 1980. Within 5 years after his endeavor as an Executive Recruiter began he then purchased the company from the previous owners in 1985. Tony renamed the company to Executive Avail-A-Search, and under it’s new name began associating Avail-A-Search’s services with serving as a light in the dark when locating top tier talent.
Today Executive Avail-A-Search has a team of 3 Research staff and 2 Executive Recruiters, all working towards one common goal: satisfy our clients’ needs.
