Executive Avail-A-Search is a team of professional Executive Recruiters headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our recruiting focus remains predominantly within the continental U.S. We are extremely successful at recruiting top level Executives (Sales/Marketing, Operations/Plant Management, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) for any region in which our Clients need, for the sake of maximizing their competitive edge… However, Avail-A-Search does not limit our recruiting criteria to strictly Executive levels; Avail-A-Search is frequently involved in recruiting professionals across all levels, within various industries. Our general focus aims within the realms of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technological based industries.
Our past company President, Tony Spinelli, joined Availability Personnel in the year 1980. Within 5 years after his endeavor as an Executive Recruiter began he then purchased the company from the previous owners in 1985. Tony renamed the company to Executive Avail-A-Search, and under it’s new name began associating Avail-A-Search’s services with serving as a light in the dark when locating top tier talent.
In June of 2022, Tony Spinelli sold Executive Avail-A-Search to 3 members of his team: Mark Whiteman, Harry Moyer, and Ryan Bacon. The new company ownership seemlessly continues forward while maintaining our superb levels of customer service, integrity, and quality. Tony Spinelli continues to work alongside our team, assisting Executive Avail-A-Search now as an Executive Consultant.
Today Executive Avail-A-Search has a team of 3 Research staff and 2 Executive Recruiters, all working towards one common goal: satisfy our clients’ needs. We maintain our status as an established, premier recruiting firm by proactively developing and nurturing professional relationships– and that is exactly what sets us aside from our competitors.
